Was that really a tropical storm? Seriously, it was like a really long, summer thunder boomer. We got rain (a good amount), and a little wind. There were some around the eastern part of NC who had some wind damage, but we haven't heard of a whole lot as of 9 am. There was some flooding in Fayetteville & Raleigh, but none here that I've heard. Thankfully, it was a big let down and we didn't have any damage nor lose power. I did put James in my bed at 1 am. You can imagine the lack of sleep one of us got. I'm now looking forward to his nap so I can take one too.
