Finally, a few pictures of the last few weeks of James' 1st year. I can't believe in 4 days he'll be a year old. Where does the time go? I feel like the 41 weeks it took to get him here lasted forever, but the year since we had him flew by so fast I blinked and he went from crying and lying in the same spot until I moved him to running throught he house after Charlie and climbing the sofa. As fun as it is, I hate to see the baby grow up so fast. We're looking forward to his birthday party next Saturday. I'm personally looking forward to the cake. The sweet tooth that was the biggest contributing factor to my pregnancy weight gain has still not subsided. Thankfully, my willpower has returned and I can say no to a 3 course meal for lunch.
James loves lemons.
He's getting interested in books. Not just to chew on, but to read.
This morning James was not a happy boy. Here's the beginning to his tantrum. It only got worse, as you can see from the next picture, when I tried to add a little "preppy" to his outfit. 
A few posts ago I was blogging about James' bad diaper rash and the home remedy I was going to try. It turned out pretty good. After about 2 days it was almost clear. I have been a huge fan of Boudreaux's Butt Paste, but the Mylanta/Aquafor mixture works much better on the really bad cases of diaper rash.
